OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

The underlying principle of our training philosophy is to provide the athlete with a consistent, safe, and productive way of physical training. When we really broke down what that meant to us, the following three principles stood out above the rest:

Science

Every good training program is built on scientific research. There needs to be rhyme and reason to what we do in order to give you the best training experience. We don’t write cookie-cutter or fad-based training programs. Each athlete receives customized attention.

Intuition

A strength coach could have all the knowledge in the world but intuition is essential to execute a training program properly. There are times where adjustments need to be made based off of the strength coach’s discretion in order to give the athlete what they need most in each particular session.

Since the scientific research of the human body is always expanding, we constantly strive to expand our knowledge and skills in the way we train in order to give you the best training experience possible.
